Vårkalaset i Ryd

Vårkalaset är en områdesfest fylld av kultur- och fritidsaktiviteter. Det är en mötesplats där Rydsbor får möjlighet att träffa varandra, möta föreningsliv, näringsliv och ta del av kommunala verksamheter.

Evenemanget välkomnar även besökare från hela staden och är ett uppskattat tillfälle för alla som vill uppleva och bidra till Ryds mångfald och rika kulturuttryck.

12:00 – Evenemanget startar
13:00–14:00 – Kulturkul för barn: ”Valarnas Demokratiäventyr”
14:00–14:15 – Pop och Rock-kören (inomhus, Flammans scen)
14:15–16:00 – Samtal med Mustafa Can om demokrati, läsning och delaktighet (inomhus, Flammans scen)
16:00 – Evenemanget avslutas

Pågående aktiviteter

Under hela dagen erbjuds aktiviteter för barn och unga.

Vi bjuder på kaffe/te, festis och kanelbullar.

Biblioteket är öppet kl. 12:00–16:00

Vårkalaset arrangeras i samverkan mellan kommunen, civilsamhället, trossamfund och ideella krafter.

Plats: Ryds centrum

På grund av ombyggnation av delar av torget i Södra Ryd flyttas årets evenemang till konstgräsplanen med kringytor. Vissa programpunkter kommer även att hållas inomhus i Flammans lokaler samt på biblioteket.

Spring Festival In Ryd

The Spring Festival is a neighborhood celebration filled with cultural and leisure activities. It is a meeting place where residents of Ryd can meet one another, connect with local associations and businesses, and learn more about municipal services.

The event also welcomes visitors from across the city and is a much-appreciated opportunity for anyone who wants to experience and contribute to Ryd’s diversity and rich cultural expression.

12:00 – Event opens
1:00–2:00 PM – Cultural fun for children: “The Whales’ Democracy Adventure”
2:00–2:15 PM – Pop & Rock Choir (indoors, Flamman stage)
2:15–4:00 PM – Conversation with Mustafa Can about democracy, reading, and participation (indoors, Flamman stage)
4:00 PM – Event ends

Ongoing activities
Activities for children and young people are available throughout the day.
Coffee/tea, juice boxes, and cinnamon buns will be served.
The library is open from 12:00–4:00 PM.

The Spring Festival is organized in collaboration between the municipality, civil society, faith communities, and volunteers.

Due to reconstruction work in parts of the square in Södra Ryd, this year’s event will be held on the artificial turf field and surrounding areas. Some program activities will also take place indoors at Flamman and at the library.
